School’s upcoming workshops
Your school council has successfully secured funding from the TDSB Innovation Grant and will be co-hosting three virtual workshops (along with Hillcrest Community School and Early Grey Senior Public School) over the next few months on the subjects of Inclusivity, Anti-Racism, and Trans 101.
- Inclusivity – Tuesday, December 5- 6:30 – 8:00pm
- Combating anti-Black racism (virtual workshop) – Tuesday, January 30 – 7:00 – 8:30pm
- Trans 101 (virtual workshop) – Tuesday, February 27 – 6:30 – 8:00pm

The chance for parents to honestly ask questions and advice anonymously to 2 of our most experienced Get REAL speakers
WORKSHOP FACILITATORS
Workshops will be run by The Get REAL Movement, a TDSB-approved, Canadian non-profit focused on combatting 2SLGBTQ+ discrimination, racism, and bullying in schools, summer camps, and workplaces. Their programming aims to break down prejudice, promote unity, and foster compassion in our world.
